This is one of the most adventurous treks in the Everest Region which is accomplished by crossing three different high passes. The three high passes are Renjo La (5388m), Cho La (5380m) and Kongma La (5535m). This type of trek is actually designed for those who love adventures. Day 01:


We will be warmly welcomed by a representative of the TIA. After checking in at the airport, we will be transferred to the hotel.  We will be welcomed in our hotel with garlands. We can also spend the day by strolling around the streets of Kathmandu, enjoying the Nepali cuisine and dinner at traditional Nepali restaurant.

Day 02:


There are many historical sites which are also listed as UNESCO Heritage Sites. After having the breakfast in the hotel, we start our journey by visiting the heritage site. The sacred temple for the Hindu Pashupatinath, famous stupa of Buddhist (Swayambhunath), historic Durbar Squares, Boudhanath can be visited. In the evening we will take trekking preparation class which will be beneficial for us during the trek. After lunch, we will check all our equipment necessary for our trek. We will introduce the new fellows and make a group discuss our trip at the hotel.  

Day 03:

KATHMANDU - LUKLA - PHAKDING (1300m – 2800m – 2652m)

In the early morning after healthy breakfast, we will be taken to the TIA for a domestic terminal flight to Lukla. After flying from the airport, we will observe the breathtaking greeneries and white pearl mountains. After few hours, we will reach Tenzing-Hillary Airport at Lukla. After some arrangements of necessary equipment and under the caring crew members, we will start out trekking through the beautiful landscape of Lukla. We will continue our trekking in the joyful moment until we reach Phakding. It takes around only 3-4 hours to reach Phakding. We will spend our night in Phakding.

Day 04:

PHAKDING - NAMCHE BAZAAR (2652m – 3440m)

 We will walk through the beautiful pine forests which will lead along DudhKoshi River. After walking for almost one to one and half hour, we will come across the Mt. Thamserku (6608m) which lies on our right. We will continue our walk until we reach the Namche Bazaar. Namche Bazaar is also the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park and the gateway to Mt. Everest. During our walk, we will cross five suspension bridges. The uphill walk from Hillary Bridge will lead us to Namche Bazaar.

Day 05:


This day is specially separated in the journey for discovering around the Namche Bazar. We can spend our time strolling around the beautiful village or can go to discover the village. We can also hike up to enjoy the close view of Mt. Everest. We can also study the history of the Mount Everest region. In an option, we can also hike to Khumjung village which takes only 5 to 6 hours. While staying in the village, we can also visit Khumjung monastery. Khumjung monastery is the monastery famous for housing the head of the Yeti. We enjoy the camp fire in Namche Bazar. 

Day 06:

NAMCHE BAZAAR - THAME (3440m - 3800m)

Early sight views in the Namche Bazaar. After breakfast, our journey begins to Thame .Trekking from Namche Bazaar to Thame is taken to be the easiest route than others. We follow the trail which is almost steady level until we reach the settlement of Thame. Thame is a local but beautiful village where we can view amazing views of Himalayas. 

Day 07:

THAME – LUMDE (3800 m – 4137m)

After having light breakfast, we will walk to Marlung through BhoteKoshi River which will lead us uphill to Lumde. The trek is interesting as we will be able to see beautiful peaks and valleys. It takes only about 4 to 5 hours to trek from Thame to Lumde.

Day 08:

LUMDE – GOKYO (4137m – 4800m) VIA RENJO LA (5465m)

This is a very important day for all the trekkers. We will trek uphill for about an hour and a half which will lead us to the top of Renjo La. From the top, we will be able to see the magnificent view of Mt. Nuptse and breathtaking Gokyo Lake. Then, we will trek down to Gokyo Lake and spend our night in the Gokyo Lodge.

Day 09:

GOKYO – THAKNAK (4800m – 4750m)

During the day time, the ice starts to melt so for securing own life we will be starting our day very early in the morning. Firstly, we will walk through the longest glacier (Ngozumpa glacier). It takes around 3 hours to cross the glacier path and reaches Thaknak. In the leisure time, we can take rest or explore nearby areas. 

Day 10:


This is the toughest day of our journey. We will start climbing the steep just after having hot breakfast. Then, the path will take us lower to Chola where we will again have to climb. Again, after some icy part, the path goes down through the rocks and little walk will take us to Zungla. 

Day 11:


After having very hot breakfast, we will walk downhill and with ups and downs, we will reach Lobuche. Trekking through the rocky path will lead us to Gorekshep which will give us a chance to view Mt. Everest, Mt. Nuptse and surrounding peaks with Khumbu Glacier. Finally, after 5 to 6 hours trek, we will able to reach Gorakshep.

Day 12:

GORAKSHEP – BASE CAMP - GORAKSHEP (5170m – 5357m- 5170m)

This is the crucial day when all the dreams of trekkers visiting base camp will be fulfilled. Today we will be visiting the base camp of Mount Everest. We will walk 3 hours through Khumbu glacier which will take us to Base Camp. After spending few hours in the summit, we will trek down and return to Gorakshep.

Day 13:

GOREKSHEP – KALA PATTHAR – LOBUCHE (5160m – 5545m - 4940m)

After spending a night at the lodge, we will start our hiking without breakfast. We will hike for 2 hours to reach Kalapatthar. We will quickly take few photographs then trek downhill to Gorekshep for breakfast. Then we will walk downhill to reach Lobuche.

Day 14:

LOBUCHE – CHUKUNG (4940m-4730m) VIA KONGMA LA PASS (5535m)

We will start our day walking towards east direction through Khumbu glacier. We will cross the glacier and the river path will take us to the highest pass of the trip. Then, we will climb hard where the path will take us to lower region down to Chukung valley. It takes around 6 to7 hours trek to reach Chukung valley.

Day 15:

CHUKUNG – TENGBOCHE (4730m – 3867m)

After early breakfast, we will trek down through the valley. The path will lead us to Dingboche where we can observe Sherpa villages. The continuous walk will take us to Pangboche and then we will trek up which will lead us to Tengboche. In Tengboche, we will visit the oldest Monastery of the hill.

Day 16:


We will have our last breakfast at Tengboche and continue to walk downhill through the rhododendron forest. When we reach the bottom of the hill, we will cross the bridge and walk through the pine forest to Khumjung. We will have lunch in Khumjung and visit the nearby area for few hours. Then, we will trek back down to Namche. It will take around 4 to 5 hours to trek down to Namche from Tengboche.

Day 17:


We will be finally heading to return back to Lukla where we first began our trip. It will take around 6 hours to return back to Lukla. We will be conducting get together where we will be sharing our personal views and the experience of the trek. We will set camp fire and enjoy our last night on Lukla.

Day 18:


Today, we will again be flying back to Kathmandu. It will take only 45 minutes. We will reach back to Kathmandu in almost half an hour and the rest of the day can be spent strolling around the busy streets and will have dinner in traditional Nepali restaurant. 

Day 19:


Early in the morning after having final breakfast we will be taken to the airport by our hotel member. We will travel back to our own native country with memories in mind and pictures in camera. We will leave Nepal with a thought to be back soon.
