Tibet

Tibet is a historical region in the Inner Asian continent on the Tibetan Plateau. With Lhasa as the capital of the country, Tibet stays as one of the most secluded countries in the world.

Sometimes called the Sea of Dances and Songs, Tibet has a huge source of water resources for its travelers to explore as over 47% of the world’s population depends upon the fresh water from Tibet. During the old times, it was prohibited for a traveler to enter Tibet for trekking or other purposes, but now, the ban has been lifted (not fully) creating a stable income from the tourism sector.

The Buddhist country has three places listed on the World Heritage Sites list in Tibet. All of such are related to their immense belief in their culture and tradition. The traditional values, historical buildings, and religious importance make Bhutan compelling to visit.
