The Everest Base Camp (EBC) Trek 2026 by Nima Adventure is an iconic 14-day Himalayan adventure that leads you into the heart of the Khumbu Valley to the foot of the world’s highest peak. This moderate-to-challenging journey blends dramatic landscapes, including glaciers and river valleys, with deep cultural immersion in Sherpa traditions.
Trekkers will experience the thrill of a scenic mountain flight to Lukla and traverse the Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site rich in biodiversity. Key highlights include reaching the legendary Everest Base Camp (5,364m) and climbing Kala Patthar (5,545m) for the most formidable up-close sunrise views of Mt. Everest and its surrounding giants.
Upon your arrival at Nepal, our representative will welcome you and assist you to transfer in your hotel. Stay overnight in Kathmandu.
We take a jeep from Kathmandu to Ramechhap and then flight to Lukla. After an easy afternoon's scenic walk, the group will camp near Phakding (2610m). It takes around 2-3 hours. Stay overnight in lodge.
After breakfast, we walk through the magnificent forest of rhododendron with memorable views in the riverside, ending your nature-filled journey at Namche Bazaar ($5/6$ hrs from Phakding). Overnight Namche Bazaar (3440 m).
Early morning, we walk one and half hour to Hotel Everest View. After few hours back to hotel and rest, in the evening you can enjoy the beauty of Namche quaint village as well as the friendliness and hospitality of its local people. Trekkers may also visit the local museum containing exhibits displaying the area's native flora and fauna.
After breakfast, we leave Namche and walk to Tengboche. During the walk, we can see unforgettable view of Mount Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Cholatse, Kantaiga, Ama Dablam and Thamserku. This stretch of the trek (approximately three hours) is quite an easy walk from Namche to Phunki, followed by an ascent towards Tengboche. Tengboche is one of the traditional village and there is a monastery called Tengboche Monastery which opens every day at 4 pm and every tourist are welcome.
A short walk to Dingboche consists of a trek from beginning to end forests filled with of a variety of lush trees - birch, conifers and rhododendron. This picturesque trail dips down to Debuche, crossing the Imja River before climbing up to Dingboche. Stay overnight in Dingboche.
We can hike around 2-3 hour today and overnight in Dingboche. It is our high place rest day during the trekking.
It is continuation of ascent, climbing up to the terminal debris of Khumbu Glacier - crossing the row of stone monuments which were established in the memory of Sherpas who lost their life in an avalanche.
We need start our walk early morning around 7am. We walk approximately two hours then arrive at Gorak Shep. During the walk you can enjoy the beautiful view of Mt. Everest and Pumori and many other Himalayan ranges. After arrival at Gorak shep, we will take lunch and walk to EBC which takes around 4 hours to go and return back to Gorak shep. Stay overnight in Gorakshep.
We wake up early in the morning around 4 am and head to Kalapattar to observe the sunrise view. Once observing one of the most close-up and formidable sunrise views of Mt. Everest from Kalapattar, we return back to the hotel, eat breakfast then we walk down to Periche. Stay overnight in Periche.
Further return-descent to Namche Bazaar. Once again walk through the beautiful, panoramic forests of blue pine and rhododendrons.
It is an easy descent to Phakding and then Lukla.
It will be a morning flight from Lukla to Ramechhap then drive back to KTM.
Airport pick up and drop by a private vehicle.
