Trip Overview

The Mt. Ama Dablam (6,812m) expedition by Nima Adventure is a premier technical climbing challenge in the heart of the Khumbu region. Known as one of the most beautiful peaks in the Himalayas, this journey involves cultural trekking, rigorous high-altitude acclimatization, and technical climbing over rock, snow, and ice. The expedition features a structured 26-day itinerary that includes a full climbing period, professional Sherpa support, and comprehensive base camp services to ensure a safe and successful summit bid.

Cost Includes

  • Airport pick up and drop.

  • 4 Nights hotels accommodation in Kathmandu on B/B basis.

  • Experienced and Government license holder high altitude guide (minimum 4-5 times Amadablam summitter) during the trekking and climbing period.

  • Scheduled flight from KTM- LUK- KTM.

  • All trekking and mountaineering equipments like; kitchen tent, stores tent, dining tents, toilet tents, tables, chairs, and cooking utensils for Base Camp.

  • Common climbing equipment (necessary fixed and main rope, ice bars, ice screws, snow bar etc).

  • Per person 40kg baggage allowance during trekking-up carrying by porter or Yak to climbing the Mt. Ama Dablam.

  • Sagarmatha National Park fee.

  • Khumbu Pasang Lhamu VDC entrance fee.

  • TIMS (Trekking Information Management System).

  • Expedition Royalty and climbing permit of Nepal Government to climb Mt. Ama Dablam (6812M).

  • Services of cook and kitchen boy at Advance Base Camp.

  • 3 meals a day (Breakfasts, Lunch and Dinners with tea/ coffee) in available tea house/hotel/lodge during the trekking.

  • 3 fresh meals a day (Breakfasts, Lunch and Dinners) will be serve at base camp, and camp two.

  • All food and fuel for Base Camp and higher camps during expedition for both members and crews.

  • Nepalese Government Royalty and fees.

  • All wages, equipment, medical and accidental insurances for all involved Nepalese staffs in trekking and expedition.

  • Equipment allowances and wages for Climbing Sherpa’s, cooks, kitchen boys.

  • First Aid medical kits for the group and the staffs.

  • Satellite phone carrying by Guide for communication and available for members.

  • Appropriate food for high altitude and all climbing crew at base camp and above as required.

  • Required fixed and dynamic rope during climbing period.

  • Heater will be provided at base camp for heating the dining room.

  • Emergency oxygen, mask and regulator provided on requirement of guest with appropriate charge.

  • Each expedition member will have an individual tent available in the base camp.

  • Solar panel for light and battery charger.

  • All tents for camp 1, 2 and 3 for members and staff (sharing basis).

  • EPI Cooking gas, stove will be provided in camp one, two and three for cooking food, boiling water.

  • Transportation of food supply to Base Camp from Kathmandu (Cargo to Lukla and then by porter/Yaks to base camp).

  • Agency service charge and Government Tax.

  • Welcome or Farewell Dinner in Kathmandu.

Cost Excludes

  • Nepal entry visa fee, you can get Nepal visa up on arrival in the Airport.

  • International Airfare/Airport tax, City tour Sightseeing entry fees.

  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, sweets, snacks, beverages and bar bills, camera battery charging.
