Overview: The Killer Mountain

Nanga Parbat (8,126m), globally known as the “Killer Mountain,” is the world’s ninth-highest peak, offering an extreme challenge to mountaineers. Our 45-day expedition focuses on providing the necessary advanced logistics and high-level Base Camp support for tackling this formidable peak in Pakistan.

  • Expedition Date: Starts 10 June 2025.
  • Duration: 45 days (Islamabad to Islamabad).

Service INCLUDED with this Package

This package focuses on providing premium Base Camp infrastructure and comprehensive logistics to the mountain.

  1. Transportation: Airport Pick and drop. Transportation between Islamabad – Chilas. 4×4 Toyota Jeep between Chilas – Halalay bridge (both ways).
  2. Permits & Fees: Peak royalty and documentation fee. Airport entry and tool taxes. Bridge crossing and camping fee.
  3. Accommodation: 3 nights hotel in Islamabad and 2 nights hotel in Chilas, both with bed & breakfast. Accommodation is based on twin sharing.
  4. Base Camp Comfort: Individual North face/Kailas tents for each climber at Base Camp. Double foam and pillow provided inside. Dinning tent covered by inner, underlay and carpeted, with a heating system.
  5. Logistics: Low altitude porters carry 75kg from Halalay to Base Camp and 50kg on return for each climber. Office and store tents at Base Camp. Fuel for generator.
  6. Catering: Head chef provides multi-cuisine food (English, Pakistani, Korean, Italian, Chinese, Thai). Fresh fruit, soft drinks, Mutton, Chicken, and Beef/BBQ at Base Camp are provided.
  7. Communication & Power: Solar panel or sound-proof electric generator provided at Base Camp. Thuraya satellite phone available at Base Camp for emergency use.
  8. Medical & Awards: First aid kits provided. Members receive a certificate from the Alpine Club of Pakistan.

These costs are the responsibility of the member, with high-altitude climbing equipment and labor being critical exclusions.

  1. Mandatory Costs: Member’s international flights tickets. Pakistan online visa fee.
  2. Climbing Gear: Member’s any climbing gear and personal equipment. Oxygen cylinder, EPI gas canisters. Ropes for above Base Camp. Snow bar, ice screw and other items for above Base Camp.
  3. Labor Costs: Pakistan high altitude porter’s price isn’t included in our given price. Local Staff Tip/Bonus.
  4. Personal Expenses: Telephonic calls, fax, emails, liquor and soft drinks. Mini Bars while staying in hotels.
  5. Customs: Customs clearing charges, import and export of equipment’s.
  6. Other: Any other services except those mentioned in the inclusions.
