  • Day Highlight: Expedition start and final briefing.
  • Day Details: Arrive at Kathmandu Airport 1,350m and transfer to your hotel. Day 02 is dedicated to rest, gear checks, and the essential expedition briefing.

  • Day Highlight: Scenic mountain flight and first steps on the trail.
  • Day Details: Take the schedule flight from Kathmandu to Tenzing-Hillary Airport, Lukla 2,840m. From here, begin the gentle 4-hour trek to Phakding 2,652m
  • Altitude: 2,840m

  • Day Highlight: Entering Sagarmatha National Park and the first view of Everest.
  • Day Details: A challenging $7$-hour trek crossing several suspension bridges, including the famous Hillary Bridge, leading to the Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar 3,440m

  • Day Highlight: Crucial acclimatization day.
  • Day Details: We use this day for a short hike (e.g., to the Everest View Hotel) to aid acclimatization by ascending high and sleeping low. Enjoy views of Everest and Ama Dablam.

  • Day Details: A rewarding 5-hour walk, mostly flat until the final ascent to Tengboche (3,860m), home to the largest monastery in the Khumbu region.

  • Day Details: The 5-hour trek continues through Pangboche and into the sparse landscape leading to Dingboche 4,250m, where the air begins to thin noticeably.

  • Day Highlight: Rest and active acclimatization.
  • Day Details: This second full rest day is vital. We take a short, steep hike to Nangkartshang Peak for views of Makalu and Cho Oyu before descending back to Dingboche.

  • Day Highlight: Passing the memorials at Thukla Pass.
  • Day Details: A 4-hour trek that takes us past the Thukla Pass, where we find stone memorials for climbers who perished on Everest. We arrive at Lobuche 5,018m, nearing the Khumbu Glacier.

  • Day Highlight: Reaching the heart of the expedition.
  • Day Details: Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep 5,170m and then onwards to our meticulously set up Everest Base Camp (EBC) 5,364m. Settle into your individual box tent and rest.

  • Day Highlight: Rotations, acclimatization, and the summit bid.
  • Day Details: This extended window is dedicated to rotation trips to Camp I and Camp II for further acclimatization, Khumbu Icefall training, and camp setup up to the South Col (Camp IV). The final weeks are reserved for the summit push, dependent on favorable weather reports provided daily.

  • Day Highlight: Base Camp cleanup and initial descent.
  • Day Details: After successfully concluding the climbing period, we conduct a full cleanup of our Base Camp area before trekking back down to Lobuche.

  • Day Highlight: Enjoying the lower altitude air.
  • Day Details: Continue the rapid descent from Lobuche, through Pangboche and Namche Bazaar, back to Lukla 2,840m for the final night in the mountains.

Cost Includes

We are dedicated to providing a high-value, all-inclusive package that covers critical safety and regulatory expenses, ensuring peace of mind throughout your journey.

A. Climbing & Safety

  • Expert Sherpa: One experienced, licensed, at least 5-time Everest Summiteer Sherpa per client (1:1 ratio). All Sherpa wages, insurance, and equipment are covered.
  • Oxygen Supply: 8 Bottles (32L) of Poisk Oxygen per member for Everest (plus 5 bottles for Lhotse). Includes the latest model of Summit or Top-out system mask and regulator.
  • Medical Support: Medical consultation services provided via the HRA clinic at Base Camp. First Aid kits are supplied for the group.
  • High-Altitude Gear: Provision of common climbing equipment (fixed/main rope, ice bars, ice screws, snow bars).

B. Permits & Government Compliance

  • All Royalty & Permits: Fully paid Peak Royalty Fee, Climbing Permit, and all required documentation fees.
  • Official Liaison: Fully paid Government Liaison Officer, including domestic flights, wages, and equipment.
  • Route Fees: All Trekking Permits (TIMS), Everest National Park entry fee, and Khumbu Icefall charges by the SPCC.

C. Premium Logistics & Comfort

  • Base Camp Accommodation: Each member receives an individual box tent at Base Camp, complete with double foam mattress and pillow.
  • Higher Camps: North Face/Kailas (2-man tent) provided for sharing with your Sherpa at higher camps.
  • Food: Highest standard of food possible at Base Camp. Freshly cooked food and kitchen services at Camp II. EPI Cooking gas/stove provided for Camps I, III, and South Col.
  • Transportation: Scheduled flight tickets for Kathmandu – Lukla – Kathmandu for members and staff. Airport arrival and departure transfers.
  • Baggage: Generous 60kg baggage allowance per person carried by porter or Yak to Base Camp.
  • Communication & Power: Satellite phone and walkie-talkies provided. Generator for back-up lighting and charging electronics at Base Camp. Heater provided for the dining room.

Cost Excludes

  • Mandatory High-Altitude Insurance: Coverage for all medical expenses and high-altitude rescue/air evacuation costs is compulsory.
  • International Travel: Member’s international flight tickets and Nepal entry visa fee.
  • Gratuities/Tips: Summit bonus for the Climbing Sherpa (minimum US$2,000 per mountain) and tips for Base Camp/Camp II kitchen staffs (US$350 per person).
  • Personal Gear: Personal climbing gears, clothing, and individual medical kit.
  • Personal Expenses: Lunch/Dinner during Kathmandu stays (except farewell dinner), packed snacks, aerated drinks, alcohol, Wi-Fi/internet costs, and laundry.
  • Contingency Costs: Any extra expenses arising from unforeseen situations (e.g., weather delays, natural calamities, political disturbances).
